The Tradex Exhibition Centre in Abbotsford was the site of a
Museum display including an American buggy, 1939 General tractor, beekeeping equipment,
honey extracting equipment, milk cooler, and museum information.

May Day Celebrations and May Day Parade
* 12 entries in the Fort Langley Parade;
* 1/4 scale Case steam engine operating;
* many operating equipment displays.
June 5 - Model "A" Day At The Museum
* Three car clubs displaying their vehicles;
* many operating equipment
displays.
June 11 - Display
at Langley Bull Test Station
* Dairy exhibit at the “last one ever”

Canada Day Celebrations

the Museum welcomed over 1800 visitors
and treated them to wide range of operating machinery and
unique refreshments.

Pioneer

Historic Milner Chapel 125th Anniversary

historic Milner artifacts from the Museum.

BC Day Celebrations

The Fraser Valley “G” Scale
Friends will set up tracks and run model trains, some steam and some
electric;
* Miniature horses will be on display, as well as Aldor Acres rabbits for the kids to see;
* Demonstrations of wool carding, spinning, knitting, and weaving on the
Museum loom;
* Rope making and knot tying demonstrations;
* Take your photo in our “old farm buggy”;
* 12 Noon to 2PM, free coffee and Timbits from Tim Horton’s
Cruiser;
* Some of our more interesting Stationary Engines will be
operating and our volunteers will tell you all about them;
* The Dempster Windmill will be pumping water;
* We will sell Orange flavoured drinks and coffee
for the old-fashioned price of 25 Cents per cup;
* The popular “Scavenger Hunt” will be available for families
to enjoy.
September 5 –
Old And New Day

Admission by donation.

This is a family event where you will see the
“antique” item displayed beside the “modern” version!
* Do you know what today’s version of the McLaughlin Carriage is?
Come and see!
* Langley’s “newest” fire truck and Langley’s “oldest” fire truck.
* “OLD” tractors are shown beside “NEW” tractors.
* Model A as well as Model T and other vintage cars will
be on exhibit.
* Free Tim Horton’s coffee and donuts from noon to 2 pm.
* Fresh corn and pop sale.
September 17 & 18 - Country
Celebration
* See Museum artifacts at Campbell Valley Regional Park
including
several running antique tractors and a horse carriage;
* Have your
picture taken with these unique units.
